Michael & Meena’s wedding day
Michael & Meena’s luxurious Persian Wedding Pelican Hill Newport Beach couldn’t have been more ideal. For starters there was a costal breeze in the air as our Southern California sun shined upon the blissful couple, which seemed especially sunny on Michael as they turned to face each other. Keeping things lighthearted and to the point, Meena quickly declared “I Do!” upon the first ask by the officiant if she would to agree be Michael’s wife, opposed to answering “balah” the third time asked, as custom in Persian ceremonies; clearly she wasn’t out fetching rose water.
Next Michael & Meena exchange their heartfelt vows standing before an elaborate Sofreh spread, set under the iconic outdoor Rotunda of Pelican Hill. While on the 5th and final page of her vows, Meena with enthusiasm says, “Michael my love, you have no idea what you got yourself into!”, the audience knowing this to be true roars in laughter, however with a confident smile Michael replies “oh I do”. Most of all it seems clear that Michael & Meena are on a journey full of the life, passion and excitement and we are blessed to have witnessed and captured their wedding day. Congratulations to Michael & Meena!
